My wife and I first contracted with Chris to do a master bath upgrade. He was recommended by some good friends who gave us a tour of the work Chris had done for them. The quality of the work convinced me to contract with Chris to meet him and understand his approach to these projects. We had several other projects in mind if this worked out. The bathroom upgrade convinced us that we wouldn’t look for anyone else to construct our outdoor Cabana which in many aspects became an art project.
The Cabana was complicated and really required excellence in many facets of construction to meet the vision we had for the project. As it turned out Chris exceeded our expectations. Even the city inspectors complimented the work through its phases with the final inspector telling me it was the best work he had seen. Another compliment came from the people who installed the granite. They sent a professional photographer out to capture their work, but against the background of the entire project.
Chris stands out because of his commitment to the project, his skill sets in all aspects of construction, and the interpersonal relationship he develops with the client. He brings the client into the many decisions that are made throughout the process always offering options and recommendations. His focus on proportions and feel are really important to meeting expectations. He simply does great work.
